T****RTo get it, go to a Reddit post about x28 firmware, it is linked by someone there.
Then go to Youtube and follow the video showing how to use the tools. look in the comments on that video for my comment talking about changing the date manually on your PC. Follow the instructions and you will love the device.
For this price point you can't do better.
